Please note that delivery times are approximate and are calculated from the day on which the order has been processed by our team (usually the same day we receive it or the next working day).

The territorial scope of sales through the Shop is exclusively the European Union, excepting possible free zones therein, and so the delivery service will only be this area. The products purchased through the Shop shall be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the user once payment has been verified. The maximum delivery period shall be the thirty (30) days established by default in the Law.

Orders shipped to: Canary Islands, UK, Norway, Madeira, Switzerland, Ceuta, or Melilla may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes. Intermezzoshop has no control function and assumes no responsibility under any circumstances for these charges. Before placing an order, we recommend consulting customs authorities to obtain more detailed information in this regard. 

The Intermezzo delivery service uses various different courier companies of recognised prestige. No orders will be shipped to Post-office boxes, hotels or other non-permanent addresses.

The cost of shipment is not included in the product price. The user will be informed of the exact shipping cost when purchasing the product.

The products with special delivery conditions will have an extra shipping cost.

Intermezzoshop makes every effort to ensure the order is shipped from the warehouse complete. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee permanent stock of all articles. Furthermore, as we cannot replenish our on-line stock out of office hours, there may be a slight variation in stock numbers appearing on the website and those actually available in the warehouse. In the event that an order is not complete, Intermezzoshop reserves the right, in some cases and at its discretion, to make two shipments.

Right of return 

The user has the right to return the product and in this case should contact Intermezzoshop at the following e-mail address: and waiver the purchase within a period of no more than fourteen (14) working days, as of the date of reception of the product. The product should be returned in accordance with the instructions Intermezzoshop gives to the User in reply to their notification of intention to return the product. The user must return the product within a maximum period of seven (7) days after Intermezzoshop provides instructions regarding the form of return. The product should be packed together with the correctly completed return form, the User assuming the direct cost of returning the product, except in the event of a defective article.

Return of the product will imply full refund of the amount paid. The refund shall be made through the same means as the payment. The period for this refund will be that established by Law.

Any product returned that is not in perfect condition will not be accepted.

Tights, underwear and masks CANNOT BE RETURNED for refund or changes. We also ask you to please try on shoes and footwear on a carpet or clean floor. Any shoes or footwear not in good condition or showing wear or stains will not be accepted for refund or changes.

Articles with prints, drawings or similar may fade after many washings. We recommend hand-washing and carefully following the manufacturer's instructions.

Please, check your order at the moment that you receive it and contact with Intermezzoshop, in the term of 48 hours, if the delivery isn't complete, or if you have received any damaged or defective product.

Any claim could be accepted past this term.
