Right of return
The user has the right to return the product and in this case should contact Intermezzoshop at the following e-mail address: info@intermezzodancewear.com and waiver the purchase within a period of no more than fourteen (14) working days, as of the date of reception of the product. The product should be returned in accordance with the instructions Intermezzoshop gives to the User in reply to their notification of intention to return the product. The user must return the product within a maximum period of seven (7) days after Intermezzoshop provides instructions regarding the form of return. The product should be packed together with the correctly completed return form, the User assuming the direct cost of returning the product, except in the event of a defective article. Customs fees are non-refundable, therefore they will be deducted from the refunded credit.
Return of the product will imply full refund of the amount paid. The refund shall be made through the same means as the payment. The period for this refund will be that established by Law.
Any product returned that is not in perfect condition will not be accepted.
Tights, underwear and masks CANNOT BE RETURNED for refund or changes. We also ask you to please try on shoes and footwear on a carpet or clean floor. Any shoes or footwear not in good condition or showing wear or stains will not be accepted for refund or changes.
Articles with prints, drawings or similar may fade after many washings. We recommend hand-washing and carefully following the manufacturer's instructions.
Please, check your order at the moment that you receive it and contact with Intermezzoshop, in the term of 48 hours, if the delivery isn't complete, or if you have received any damaged or defective product.
Any claim could be accepted past this term.
