Special Information on Shipping and Returns During Christmas
Due to the increased order volume during the holiday season, we have extended our delivery and return times to ensure better service:
- Delivery time in Spain: 24-72 hours.
- Delivery time in Europe: 3-10 business days.
Additionally, all orders placed from November 28th will have an extended return period until January 8th, 2025, giving you more flexibility with your purchases.

SHIPPING
- Delivery times: Delivery times are approximate and calculated from the day your order is processed (usually the same day or the next business day).
- Sales region: Sales are currently limited to the European Union, excluding free zones.
- Shipping and Delivery: Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided once payment is verified, with a maximum delivery period of 30 days as per the law. If you’re not available during delivery, you’ll receive an email notification to pick up your package at a UPS access point. If the package is not collected or cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond Intermezzo’s control, additional reshipping costs will apply.
- Duties and customs taxes: Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Norway, the UK, Switzerland, and all islands of Portugal, France, and Italy (Madeira, Sardinia, Sicily, Capri, etc.), Ceuta, and Melilla may be subject to duties and/or customs taxes. Intermezzo is not responsible for these charges. It’s recommended to check with customs authorities for more information before placing an order.
- Courier services: Intermezzo uses trusted courier companies and does not ship to PO boxes, hotels, or other non-permanent addresses. Make sure the delivery address provided is complete and accurate.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout. Products with special delivery conditions, like tutus, may incur additional shipping costs.
- Stock availability: Although Intermezzo strives to send complete orders, stock levels may vary, especially outside office hours. Incomplete orders may be split into multiple shipments at Intermezzo’s discretion.
- Shipping outside Europe: We are working to expand our shipping services to more countries. Stay tuned for updates!
- Didn't receive your package? The delivery company might have left your package at a UPS access point. Please check your email inbox, including spam and junk folders, to see where it’s been placed. The email will provide details on the location and the time frame to pick up your package. If you can't find any message, contact us by email.
