These General Conditions expressly regulate the relationship between MALLTEX, S.A., Calle BORGES BLANQUES, 86, and with Tax Identification Code A08648172 (hereinafter, Intermezzodancewear) and third parties (hereinafter, "Users") who register as users and/or acquire products through the on-line shop of the official Intermezzodancewear website (http://intermezzodancewear.com, hereinafter the "Shop").

1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

1.1. The user is obliged, in general, to use the Shop, to acquire products and to use each of the Shop services diligently, in accordance with the law, moral standards, public order and the stipulations of these General Conditions, and must at the same time refrain from using such products or services in any way that could prevent, damage, or deteriorate normal operation and enjoyment of the Shop by Users or that could injure or cause damage to the goods and rights of Intermezzodancewear, its suppliers, Users, or any third party in general. These conditions may be modified. It is your responsibility to read them at regular intervals.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES 

2.1. Intermezzodancewear reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products offered to Users through the Shop. In particular, Intermezzodancewear may at any time add new products to those offered or included in the Shop, it being understood, unless stipulated otherwise, that such new products will be governed by the stipulations of these General Conditions. Furthermore, Intermezzodancewear reserves the right to cease providing or simplifying access and use of any of the different types of products available in the Shop at any time and without previous notification. 

2.2. The products available in the Shop will correspond, as faithfully as possible and as permitted by web browsing technology, to those effectively offered. The product characteristics and prices appear in the Shop. The prices indicated in the Shop are in Euros and include VAT, unless indicated otherwise. 

3. PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS 

3.1. Intermezzodancewear will send the User an e-mail confirming purchase within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours. The e-mail will assign a purchase reference number and describe the product characteristics, its price, and the shipping costs. 

3.2. Any User who acquires a product through the Shop must make payment by means of the payment system specifically described in the Shop. 

3.3. Intermezzodancewear will archive all electronic documents formalising the sale and forward a copy to the User once the purchase is completed. The sale shall be carried out in the corresponding language. 

3.4. The order confirmation sent by Intermezzodancewear is not valid as an invoice, only as proof-of-purchase. Intermezzodancewear will send an invoice by e-mail at the time the products are shipped. 

4. RIGHT OF RETURN 

4.1. The user has the right to return the product and in this case should contact Intermezzodancewear at the following e-mail address: atencioncliente@intermezzoshop.es and waiver the purchase within a period of no more than fourteen (14) working days, as of the date of reception of the product. The product should be returned in accordance with the instructions Intermezzodancewear gives to the User in reply to their notification of intention to return the product. The user must return the product within a maximum period of seven (7) days after Intermezzodancewear provides instructions regarding the form of return. The product should be packed together with the correctly completed return form, the User assuming the direct cost of returning the product, except in the event of a defective article. 

4.2. Return of the product will imply full refund of the amount paid. The refund shall be made through the same means as the payment. The period for this refund will be that established by Law. 

4.3. Any product returned that is not in perfect condition will not be accepted.

Tights, underwear and masks CANNOT BE RETURNED for refund or changes. We also ask you to please try on shoes and footwear on a carpet or clean floor. Any shoes or footwear not in good condition or showing wear or stains will not be accepted for refund or changes.

Articles with prints, drawings or similar may fade after many washings. We recommend hand-washing and carefully following the manufacturer's instructions. 

5. CUSTOMER SERVICE 

5.1. For any incident, claim, or to exercise their rights, users may send a e-mail to info@intermezzodancewear.com. 

6. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE 

6.1. The territorial scope of sales through the Shop is exclusively the European Union, excepting possible free zones therein, and so the delivery service will only be this area. The products purchased through the Shop shall be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the user once payment has been verified. The maximum delivery period shall be the thirty (30) days established by default in the Law.

Orders shipped to: Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes. Intermezzodancewear has no control function and assumes no responsibility under any circumstances for these charges. Before placing an order, we recommend consulting customs authorities to obtain more detailed information in this regard. 

6.2. The Intermezzodancewear delivery service uses various different courier companies of recognised prestige. No orders will be shipped to Post-office boxes, hotels or other non-permanent addresses. 

6.3. The cost of shipment is not included in the product price. The user will be informed of the exact shipping cost when purchasing the product. In every product page you will find a link with the shipping price list. 

Intermezzodancewear makes every effort to ensure the order is shipped from the warehouse complete. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee permanent stock of all articles. Furthermore, as we cannot replenish our on-line stock out of office hours, there may be a slight variation in stock numbers appearing on the website and those actually available in the warehouse. In the event that an order is not complete, Intermezzodancewear reserves the right, in some cases and at its discretion, to make two shipments. 

7. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY 

7.1. The user accepts that all components of the Shop and each of the products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, structure, selection, regulation and presentation of the contents, and the computer programs used in relation these aspects, are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of Intermezzodancewear or third parties, and that the General Conditions do not imply any right other than that specifically described therein over these Industrial and Intellectual property rights. 

7.2. Unless authorised by Intermezzodancewear or, if applicable, the third parties holding the corresponding rights, or unless this is permitted by law, the user may not reproduce, transform, edit, disassemble, perform reverse engineering, distribute, hire out, loan, make available, or permit public access through any type of public announcement of any of the items referred to above. The user must employ the materials, elements, and information obtained through the Shop for their own needs only, accepting not to make any direct or indirect commercial use of the materials, elements, and information obtained. 

7.3. The user must refrain from eluding or manipulating any of the technical devices established by Intermezzodancewear or by third parties in the Shop. 

8. DATA PROTECTION 

8.1. In relation to the current legal regulations for the protection of personal data and the new General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD), we inform you that the person responsible for the data provided by us is MALLTEX, S.A. The purpose of the collection is to manage the requested order, with legal basis regulated according to the Commercial Code and Complementary laws. Your data is confidential and will be used only for that purpose. We inform you that by marking the box we understand that you consent to the processing of your data for each of the purposes indicated. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, right to transparency of information, right of withdrawal, limitation and portability by contacting MALLTEX, S.A. (C/ Borges Blanques, 86 08227 Terrassa / info@intermezzodancewear.com) In parallel, you have the right to direct your claims to the Data Protecition Authorities.

8.2. Fields marked with an * on the registration form are required. Not completing them will prevent making the purchase of the selected products. 

9. PASSWORDS 

9.1. Intermezzodancewear provides the use of personal passwords to users registered on the website. These passwords are for access to the services provided through the website. It is the exclusive responsibility of users to keep passwords in strict and absolute confidentiality, assuming, therefore, any possible damage or consequences of any type that could be derived from breaking this confidentiality or revealing the secret. For security reasons, the password for telematic access to the services associated with the website may be changed by user at any time. The user agrees to immediately notify Intermezzodancewear of any unauthorised use of their password, as well as access by any unauthorised third parties. 

10. COOKIES 

10.1. Intermezzodancewear uses cookies to improve its services, simplify the browsing experience, maintain security, verify User identity, simplify access to personal preferences, and control use of the Shop. Cookies are files installed on the hard disk drive or in the browser memory in a preconfigured system folder of the User's computer to identify them. 

10.2. If the user does not want a cookie to be installed on their hard disk drive, they should set up their Internet browser to not accept them. The user may delete cookies at any time. In the event that the user decides to deactivate cookies, the quality and speed of the service may be slowed down or even access limited to some of the services offered in the Shop. 

11. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION 

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.
