RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange one or more of our products, you have 14 working days from the receipt of the product/s to make the return.

To make changes or returns:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with tags, and unused.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges of underwear, tights, and socks are not accepted if their wrapping, packaging, or seal has been opened, except for defective or damaged items.
  • Products returned damaged, worn, dirty, or in poor condition will not be refunded.

If you wish to process an exchange or return, please consult the following table to verify the return cost and the shipping company; we will proceed accordingly:

*May be subject to customs duties and/or taxes. Intermezzo Dancewear does not have control over and assumes no responsibility in any case for these charges. Before making a return, we recommend consulting with customs authorities for more detailed information.

If you wish to process an exchange or a return and your order was shipped by UPS (excluding countries subject to customs taxes), just click the following button which will redirect you to their web portal.

Once on the website, you will need to enter your tracking number, indicate the reason for the return, and follow the provided instructions.

Lastly, you must take the package to the UPS access point of your choice.

Please include the invoice found in the package inside the return package to identify the order.

If our quality department approves the return, you will receive a confirmation email and we will refund the amount through the same method you used for payment.

If your order was NOT shipped by UPS or your country of origin is subject to customs taxes (UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.), you must inform us by email at info@intermezzodancewear.com and manage the return on your own. This involves choosing the shipping company and bearing the shipping cost.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER ONE

In this case, you should proceed with the return of the item you wish to exchange and place a new order with the correct item, size, or color. (Consult the table to return your item)

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM

You have 48 hours from delivery to notify us of any issues. We will try to find a solution for you.

I HAVE RETURNED MY ORDER, AND I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE REFUND

Once we receive the return and our quality department approves it, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding credit. We will refund the amount through the same method you used for payment, under the name of MALLTEX S.A. Please note that the refund may take up to 10-15 days to process.
